Belly dancing and Ancient Egypt

There are things about belly dancing oriental aka I never could understand, and is the insistence on locating the origins of belly dancing in the Old Egypt by I do not know who exactly in the same oriental dance.

If anything, I'm specializing in race history, is in ancient times and particularly in towns and civilizations "non-classic" I go, that ancient Egypt is a subject that touched almost by necessity. Besides, I've asked two years ago in a paper on music in Mesopotamia and ancient Egypt. Overall, the archaeological evidence and testimony indicate that the dance in ancient Egypt was anything but belly.

In Ancient Egypt, how little can be inferred from the evidence or archaeological sites and written and visual sources, is that there could be two types of dance at least: the sacred dance and folk dance.

of folk dance is known to be less, not to say almost nothing, among other things there are few references to date graphics or written, but surely there was very small for almost implied terms and the nature of all human dance in everyday settings, especially taking into account the African roots.
Of which there is some evidence if it has been extended until today, although obviously much modified over the centuries, is the dance of the shepherds poles, although it appears somewhat later onset than thought-Saite period.

sacred dance, the best known, is dance in contexts obviously sacred apparently following preset guidelines, probably with a predetermined choreography by some preexisting songs. As some of you know, in ancient Egypt and there were songs with musical notations.
This dance was acrobatic, and supposedly repetitive motion.

was often the dancers were scantily clad.
The music that accompanied it apparently (in the last decade have clear indications as well) was more a rope drum.

What one has observed is the survival of elements of the Old Egypt, in the late Middle Ages and the extension of the Ottoman Empire, the former substrate elements intermingled with the invasion, including Oriental or belly dancing together. One of these elements are zaghatts or castanets or cymbals, which were of early Egyptian invention, and is known today that the popular way used in some festivals such as the Nile River Flooding zaghatts Speaking of, this item was almost as soon extended its inception in Mesopotamia, including in the musical creations of the area.

belly dance or Oriental is not in ancient Egypt, but in the Near and Middle East, and even some parts of Anatolia. In the Neolithic Mesopotamia are for example some instrumental outfits consisting of a belt of shells or bones in the hip place, like a rattle, which shows a need to work on moving her hips.

If you want information about music in ancient Egypt, I recommend the study and CD, with reconstructed instruments including, for Rafael Pérez Arroyo. Very good, I carry the style of music of the time.

steampunk finger waves or '20s-style hairdos steampunk reaches

The finger waves (waves finger) were the ultimate styling of the '20s and '30s, along with the short hair style "Bob", and pin curls. Before the 20s were wearing long hair or semirecogidos collected, but after World War I, she suffered a first liberalization: left Edwardian corsets oppressive, decided to teach the legs below the knee without being an erotic vision, baggy clothes and Luger instead of tight to the curves, and decided to cut the hair with the same rights as men. But not decided losing femininity.

Here you have two tutorials that I think are the best to learn how to do finger waves, and I recommend watching them in order.

The first is a video, and taught to do the simplest version, as well as to do it slowly is the best way. The other is a pdf with different styles that explains, with drawings, but without the cost-to-understand video. Both are in English, but the image helps a lot:)

are not so difficult to do as it sounds, but you will have to help you in fixing products. I recommend first a foam if it is short curly hair, and volume if it is long, and then fixing spray for curly hair after making waves.

Is Zachery Tims A Heretic

Hafla ... What is a Hafla?

still remember a friend asking what was a Hafla ...

A Hafla, whose name comes from Arabic, now and in the West refers to a type of event for oriental dances, and by extension, tribal dance, "which apart from presenting dance, featuring music, preferably live food-if it could be Arabic to plan better, couscous and other things to share: literary, artistic creations, knowledge and tricks of clothing, henna tattoos ...

hafla can be made more or less open to the public, with or without bazaar, depending on the desire of the organization or staff.

What is the difference between a hafla, and a gala?
Normally, in a hafla can access all kinds of audiences and dancers of various levels, from intermediate to expert-and usually be either free or low cost. There may be a guest dancer, but the excellence of hafla is that the rest are not invited, but that point and want to share their dances.

Instead, a gala is composed a number of dancers hired or invited, usually high level, including a foreign dancer, offered a show, and entry is usually average or above, and also often seen in theaters or similar special spaces to provide high quality performance.

addition, the hafla also other activities in interludes of music, attendees can enjoy food, ...

Moreover, within hafla have other modality that would be "open hafla"-American origin, but released by the Argentine especially.

is a hafla offered in a public place and open-air, so that there is no economic reuptake, and it can join all the participants who so wish, and the public also improvised. In addition hafla such air flows into the tribal spirit, sharing, breaking differences, both between dancers and between dancers and other attendees, where everyone can interact sharing. Upcoming

hafla Barcelona and Catalunya:

Ethics Code and oriental dancers or dance Tribal

This article is not mine, I have drawn from a subject http://bellydance-universal.ning.com/profiles/blogs/codigo-y-etica-de-bellydance-o, which in turn is extracted from Shalimar Mattar,
the newspaper "East House and Magic," more information on the referral link.

is a code I think everyone should keep in mind, so if I can afford it, who would put it in his blog would encourage, but also respecting the authorship and origin of the source.

I've seen of importance, because lately, well, really since I got serious about this in the Eastern and tribal dance and the organization of events on them, I see a distinct lack of respect for all, including students, teachers -girls, dancers, dancers, teachers, apart from seeing "other phantasmagorias" knowledge-building not true, such as history of belly dancing (yes, I sting like a historian in the process, lol) ... I think some people do not realize the real meaning of the word professionalism and are dedicated to try to demean others by believing senseless speculation and ensure a seat, more work, or know why, as the most typical example I've seen .

And most importantly, for most this is a hobby, if for a hobby or hobby you have to be at ease, better quit. It is very difficult to earn a living with it, and they try it, you have to respect and allow their free action, while not disrespect them, of course is. It is an art, or that is intended, and how art can make all the seriousness and professionalism you want, but if it does, it does well even in this sense of respect for the community or sector.

These standards are based on something called common sense, and I think we understand and practice form a picture of "good vibes" that would also allow the existence of many professionals in coexistence and harmony. Before you blurt something, I recommend reading ALL.

Well, this is what I think about it. Sure will some comments, which will not even be answered, referring to the good feeling prevails here. I can be more or less wrong as this, as every human being, but I think there are things that are logical. And protest something you do not agree is a right, also because I'm not disrespecting anybody getting this. If someone could sit alluded to, is a problem that should arise, because as I said, I have not written it is written by a professional in South America.

The bellydance (belly dance or belly) is an artistic expression and as such should be disseminated. It is up to the professionals to ensure their concept, maintaining standards of elegance that surrounds it and not allowing its spread.
to perform his duties with dignity, professionals in the field should receive fair remuneration for artistic and educational services provided.

conduct is considered antithetical to the practice of unfair competition with other professionals (dancers and teachers). Teachers

The teacher has the role to teach and guide patiently, always looking first for the health and welfare of their students and respecting the limitations of each.

The curriculum of the teachers should be available to the students.

teacher is important that the optional assessments on an annual basis with the students so that they have to valuable information available for the evolution of learning.

dedication to teaching should be geared to teach their students and not to promote the teacher and his personal vanity.

The teacher should conduct their work free from any discrimination, encouraging and respecting their students regardless of their physical characteristics, pointing out that this is an activity aimed at wellness and balance physical, mental and emotional. Therefore can not be required any aesthetic standard.

fitness for the teaching of the belly dance, is considered satisfactory for a minimum period of 4 years of studies in this area with improvement in teaching and knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics, which guarantee the security of a job conducting body conscious.

The teacher must meet the schedule and the schedule of courses offered or disclosed to his students.

All students deserve equal attention from her teacher, which should not make them any discrimination agency.

The teacher must be particularly honest about their knowledge, looking for correct answers to the clarification of his students. All relevant information available to the course to be taught must be communicated with clarity and honesty, viewing the learning of their students.

As belly dancing has its origins very remote and inaccessible information, this question must always be clarified in advance, to avoid disclosure of fictional stories that result in prejudice to his image and proliferation.

The teacher should not encourage negative competitiveness among students or other groups.

attitudes are considered unethical:

- Submit choreography boasts other professionals without authorization and omit the name of the creator.
- inhibit the participation of students in workshops and courses that can enhance development and learning elements.
- Submit resume with fictitious information concerning the training and experience. It is recommended that the case of courses and workshops, always ask for a certificate of participation. Dancers

It is up to professional dancer to meet all specific clauses in the contract about the provision of art and its contractor.

The dancer must ensure the moral image of the category which represents:

a) maintaining a relationship of respect and elegance to your audience and contracting
b) Dress appropriately to patterns of class during performances.

is part of the proper ethical conduct among professional dancers: Spend

due respect and attention when you attend the presentation of another dancer and / or students.

Be supportive and direct the work with team spirit and unity, when making the overall presentation.

Be aware that every professional has a unique style that sets them apart and thus, to appreciate and admire, with due humility, all the various ways of expressing the same art.

workplace respect of other professionals.

Other attitudes antithetical

Cross or interfere with the work of another professional to be aware of this fact. Syndicate

personal propaganda material for the contracted services of another dancer.

criticize or denigrate the performance of other professional image with the public, contractors and other colleagues in the area.

Transforming a personal dispute collective presentation of vanity, which interferes with quality of work submitted.

The way of how a teacher and dancer refer to their (s) teacher (s) is an example to be followed by her students tomorrow. Who do not respect your teacher does not value art. It's always

medical evaluation before the start of activities as in any physical activity.

Instructions Diaper Baby Carriage

After so long away, I turn to write something new. Something that maybe is not so new because many have said, and not for me because it's something I've been discussing, in the proper sense of the term, with many people, from dancers not only dance oriental, showbiz people, and people who simply appreciate good art.

This is the true definition of a professional of any dance, which appears to the eyes of art and many people should be. Some people

usually assumed that a good artist is just that, in the case of dance, which has a technical Bena and knows a good repertoire of moves and combinations that make up the particularity and definition of the style of dance that dance. In such cases, means that someone who practiced aerobics is also a dancer, because it uses the rhythm of music, a sequence of predefined aerobic movements.

Not so. The dance, as the ancient Greeks formalized by giving his own muse (which is only a minor goddess, Terpsichore (Esther Píscore for friends, lol)), is an art.

Some people think, and that is the same thought as above but widespread that to be an artist enough to have a broad knowledge of technical and time consuming study. Thus, according to this, someone may be considered a professional artist having studied many years, or someone may be a professional musician to bring many years of study.

addition, there are people who score even as the master artists, teachers and schools where it has passed. It is true that a good teacher (which this does not mean it's the best artist in his art, but have good communication skills and education) has a lot to do with the fruits that give his student-see, for example, the few students who had Gaudí. No is the same as having someone as a teacher to pass the good learning of his pupil, and for more high, do not have the knowledge required for good solid student, a teacher opposed to the above. But the teacher did not make the artist. You can teach technique, and how much can advise you and teach you techniques to dominate other items required. And

least one school (school, college ,...). The reputation of a school is given provided entirely by their teachers and artists who have come prepared comprehensive, but also by something called "marketing"-which has existed throughout the ages, with different names and different techniques, different objectives, etc., but the same thing.

An artist does not "born" literally, ie not born from the womb of his mother knowing. It is shown that dancing is not transmitted by genes, for example, if a Japanese born in an African tribe, this does not represent Kabuki know, but it is very likely to have skills to learn African dances with the same sense of rhythm that any another colleague of his tribe, so long as we teach. It is rather something inherent in all human race.

The issue is that depending on the context in which it was raised and the education they received, will be more willing to read and understand the artistic and creative production, the self-mastery and imagination, and other attributes essential.

most likely people to believe that someone born into extreme poverty (cultural) has no sense of art, I can not understand, as someone born in the richest family in the world, surrounded by libraries more luxurious, and houses full of original artwork and exclusive. That is false, and demonstrates that have appeared throughout the history of mankind great musicians, painters, sculptors, writers, or any artist worth his salt, in poor families. On the one hand, art is everywhere, from all eras and styles, from the counted oral stories, folk dances, the sacred paintings of the Romanesque church of the town, the graffiti, buildings ... On the other hand, you can not get a "cultural education" does not mean an individual who has not received, either by a relative, acquaintance, or as the result of some experiences that have led, creative skills, sensitivity and observation on the environment, and other qualities that are inherent in the human being, and mental and emotional intelligence.

And driving all this long explanation to mean the same thing at the beginning: an artist is not only technical, but not born a complete artist.

An artist needs several tools, and put it to express myself better schematic (focusing especially on the dance): Technical
  • . Both a general technique such as more accurate to define the art and practice style. An art is only the transmission of an idea, message or emotion. Therefore, the technique leads to a specific pathway in the transmission of what is meant, but it makes up the art, because without the idea or concept to convey, nothing. Creativity
  • . On this point there are many misconceptions. One is that creativity only serves to create something new, different, original, and therefore is not always necessary. Not so, creativity and originality are two different things. Creativity is used for everything from beginning to end, from conception of the idea is original or not, until the composition of a consistent direction and choreography with the music and style and ultimate achievement. It is true that creativity (along with the holy imagination) influences on originality, as in the creation of new steps and distinctive combinations. Creativity is the force that nourishes the life and imagination. The more creative the better, the fewer, the person will apply what little he has learned from his teachers, for many years it takes, without listening to the wisest teacher all: yourself.
  • Imagination. It is the only place where we dare to "do the donkey", in our minds, to think unthinkable things, is perhaps one of the best gifts of nature. It's like the movie projector movie screens of our mind (and above holographic hear), and feeds on creativity and holistic logic and mental logic helps make sense of a more normal (though not necessarily realistic , lol). If someone has lost the little exercise that ability, and aims to make art and has a small problem. Originality
  • . The ability to do something new, unafraid to deviate from the path "standard" of dance or art in general clear that if it deviates much, a fact which is not bad or anything, stop acting on the initial or desired style. It can be a staging, new steps, costumes, use of different music ... Multiple possibilities. Is usually found a good artist when she has her own label and dares to do new things. Originality is fed, of course, creativity. Style
  • . Many people confuse it with the original simple. Luckily, no one can copy a hundred percent the way of dancing, or practice any other art-other / artist. The same personality, psychology and implemented in their original artistic productions define their style. Unfortunately, although we can not completely copy a style, many people try to create something "new" imitating others. There is a clear distinction between inspiration (which is to begin from the point proposed by another person or artist, and follow a new path of experimentation) and mimic (attempt to copy everything to another person or artist, artistically speaking.) This usually happen to people who have blocked creativity and imagination, and believe to have no other recourse. (Note: for people who are learning, however, teachers recommended to copy, copy, to get fruits and understand themselves better;))
  • Ability to understand and convey feelings and emotions. This is very important, because it converts a sequence of muscle movements in art. Fortunately, the ability to sense we have. But the ability to understand what we feel is more complicated, to understand, are those times when you do not really know what they feel and less because it happens. And sometimes, it's hard to know how to convey those emotions to the outside. Seems to be the simplest verbal expression, as nonverbal communication, perfected, can provide a wide range of possibilities-that is, as when someone does a Ganot may seem to mean something different if you change a simple tick of face or body. In dance, the tool to develop is the body expression and even the facial too. You can make a move with an energy and give the impression to convey something different to do with another type of energy. Another fault that many people often do in a high scenario, is delighted with what he does simply, it's not bad to enjoy the dance, quite the opposite, or linger for fear. We must remember that there is an audience. The public wants to see us, something is there, if not, I would have gone, and if we want to see is because they want to know what we're going to explain. If we just tell the story or emotion ourselves, or limit to be afraid, we are not passing anything to the public and the public no sense, and do not take care. It is also a matter of mental and energy, namely to the outside as an explosion.
  • capacity feel the physical environment. Especially space. Many people do not know take advantage of the space available, because there will be tested in a small space or certain features, and costs to adapt to space. Nor is the most important tool, but it is important. The conscious use of all space (small or large), shows not only be the teacher's own body, which is an artistic material, but also space-which is like a part of the canvas (the other being music). Also, do not say because it is common sense in the dance, but he stated, include the need to understand the rhythm and music in general, yes, and incidentally, the essence and style of music, do not more.
  • esteem and self confidence. More useful than it sounds (and not only important as a person). While it is true that they often felt in the power of a person when he is comfortable with herself and the achievement of its performance, also have seen that through self-control achieved by precise muscular years of practice and experience can know how to apply energy. But how it interacts this in all the above aspects will be reflected in one, several or all aspects. It is very important to feel confident and love yourself, because if you are unsure even of what we do and why, whether it will do well or poorly, it loses energy or simply montonal you do not get the energy needed . Obviously, this is the most difficult to achieve for some, and maintained for everyone. Everyone has his difficulties in his life, but in what may be in the dance, at least one must be sure of what you do and because it is made, and accept the body that is beauty-current ratings are very different from a century ago, and thousands of years ago, therefore, everyone has a beautiful body, it is clear. The body is our vehicle visually, and can not be left unattended or less despise.
For today I think that is enough. Maybe I miss some point, but I hope you like it. I guess I will develop more parts of the same subject, but you see, do not post much lately, I'm busy, lol.

Wedding Invites Wording Pay For Own Meals

Reading Stories from the Barcelona International Hafla

So it was all over now. Al final ratings are added notes and some things that have happened and have not passed.

17:45 h Zulu.
I stand before Llucmajor metro stop, the most close to the square of the same name, as we had been. After a short while, from a sun that stung, and a contrasting aggressive cooling wind comes Saith, very comfortable and eager. She stays for a while and says he will buy something in a Badulaque in the area, some cans of beer to cool afternoon.

I stand 5 minutes alone, just lacked the typical sliding western herbs. I get a text message that Elena could not come last. I think they appreciated the warning, and after all my friend Bery, in charge of taking photos with his "pepicámara" whole hafla, I called to tell me he had a concert in the park in the central square, which I happy (if concert make more noise and focus all attention on that area = perfect).

After another while, Saith back with their beers and meets with Jose, and soon reached Susana, a friend of Saith. We settled on a sunny bank teach Final Jose flyers show Rachel Brice and Mardi Love. His name appears in a heart, as a guest artist ^ ^ It is noted that even do not believe the excitement of Hurricane Jose, lol. Bea Tamint mientrastanto had come, the only Zaghareet which luckily lived near the park.

zulu It was already 6:15 p.m., so we decided to start shooting in the park. Before the park we met Rachel, I expected, and as to the stage area (celebrating the International Day of Music), one could hear roars .. flamenquitos remakes songs in a mix of death metal, ska offender and electroclash, scrotumtightening but unique. (Lol) I meet my friend's camera.

We settled into the chosen location, a lawn, a little foot-fastidiante being told to Tamint. But musicians are not yet ... I teach my baby darbuka of Egypt (is so small that it took me like, "my first darbuka" XD) and I take the rattles to have them ready. My boyfriend, my friend and I decided to make an expedition back to the subway stop to see if anyone else had come, while leaving others alone. A park entrance I find my sister with her friend and dance compilation (of Flame) with another friend of ours. They are up to base camp.

The expedition reaches the area 0, it was already 18.30 pm We had not begun, there was no one, not the musicians showed signs of life. Mirza Cristian call to see where they went, but only jumped her answering machine, leave message. We return to

in, and I would give to the poor unskilled minidarbuka Smite, already feared the worst, to do something, when Cristian then called saying he was entering the park. Oh Fortuna! I'll meet him, and me says that the entire group was coming. I lit the whole sky, but was told the situation as unfortunate as assistants, but they came in plan to spend a nice afternoon in the park.

Total: Mirza darbuka, riqq and duff beer, not only were stars circulate (bad joke, already). The rest of the group came up with a duff again, and a flutist (Israeli), a western lute. 4 musicians in total, 5 if you join Nouar Lena, and later another girl who also points his finger cymbals.

presented from popular rhythms to the new songs are taking - a-lu-ci-nan-tes - were very large and very generous if we who played at ground level and resented his legs. For the next we bring you a seat.
Those who left, we dance, take pictures, videos, greeting enjoy fat chance that Bea showed us and explained the greeting cool hippie-duos and group improvisation with Saith, Susana and Jose, a taste amazing, fun, laughter, until Bea was also encouraged and joining-up in the Tsar I started, lol, and we will make a improvised tribal ATS

great ^ ^ Meanwhile, the fireworks did not stop, we drop and Sant Joan, and some other using the pellet. Occasionally, passersby would stop or park settled into the banks to enjoy music and dancing and clapping. When we were never tired, we accompanied with a few rattles. I think I was the only zaghareteando, but finally had to enjoy it ...

Finally, at about 20.30 pm people started to leave, first Jose and so gradually. Fatigue and work reasons forced us to leave. The musicians chose to stay a little longer in the park, and we left the music behind us, a strange hangover from a summer afternoon tribal. At about 21h ...

Ah, at 21.38 h Emine received a loss from Argentina, while in the subway back ... But anyway, for another it will be.

Notes

the end, as you will see, very few were in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bbut although we were very few, we live to the end.

As I have said on other sites and thousands of times in person, thanks to all participants and attendees:
  • danced. These were Saith, Susana, Jose and Tamint Bea (as a proxy for Zaghareet) and me.
  • enjoyed. These were in addition to those who danced, Raquel Fajardo, Merche Sanz (as a representation of the Apsaras), sister and relatives of Jose, Sergi Rico in the pellet, my sister Noel (Blue Moon) and her friend and artistic partner Anna ( Llamas). My DDO. I endured the nerves pre, during and post;)
  • They played for those who were and passersby. Mirza, all in full, including Lena Nouar and another girl I do not know your name (if someone tells me I correct here.) Also accompanied with castanets Merche y Jose (besides me).
  • Those who took photos and recorded. Especially Bery, by bringing "pepicámara" and take everything and give up the pellet and my sister "Chechi." But Rachel, you will see your photos now, "and I think most saw a camera, but I could not tell, I'd say almost everyone, hehe. The
  • they shared. I would say all, but I would like to mention the band, also showed off their latest tribal pieces, and Bea Tamint who officiated the greeting Fat Chance explaining every detail. And certainly, again, those who danced and collaborated in other ways, obviously.
  • Those who have given me courage, even those that were not present.
  • also warned that those who could not come, despite the win, but alerted via email or sms.
Now I make a comment about the low attendance. For one thing, something that always happens (oh, how strange is the human race) there are always people who say he was coming (not counting "may come" and do not come) and neither have nor have the details of warn directly or through another person, or give any further comment, nor would it be 24 hours later. Everything is usually understood. Outside the (small) professionally, I think it is planted right to let someone or a group of people ...

Another problem has been detected today is that apparently the first mail was circulated to the last day, issued about a month ago when it began, which put the first site chosen, the Parc de la Ciutadella (which is not feasible because it directly evacuate all percussion instrument and encouragement juggler or danzaril presented and permissions there are another level). Although there have been two subsequent changes of place (after the Citadel was chosen Parc de l'Estació del Nord, and then later to their final destination, the Parc de la Guineueta. Besides this, the first warning about a month ago was copied on several blogs but was not updated.

A week ago I sent an email with all the information ultimately leading to changes in the facebook and events and the blog "Tribals Sessions", all the contacts I have. If you do not have more is because I have them, period.
So what I would suggest is that for next time do not pass this kind of thing and receive updates directly by mail, for those interested, it would send a mail to add to my contacts.
regret what has happened to those who were waiting in Arc de Triomf

Obviously I made several mistakes, enough, for example, add a mobile contact. Or maybe the distribution was not well enough focused ...

Nevertheless, the (few) that we enjoyed it deeply, and I hope to provide a better future, perhaps within a year or less, but done with more time and better dissemination.

The Indigo. Le Serpent Rouge Show

Well, apparently, this year's Indigo have not settled with the typical scenario characteristic of the Tribal Fest 9, and presented his show in a separate stage, apparently as a separate activity within the program of the festival.

Some choreography will be recognized instantly, and were presented at the Tribal Fest 7, but with differences: costume changes and props (very vintage, 20s (damn, Mardi Love would go through a silent film diva!)) , improved and adjusted to the essence of the show, choreography even more polished and reconfigured, integration and extension of the show. Shame not to see it fully and live, but we will comply with the videos, that time are also few. I definitely love this retro aesthetics. Hope you enjoy.

already have videos posted enough to create a new entry on long-awaited event in the tribal world. Listening

(having read, rather) several comments about how it was in general, and as always amazing. Tribaleras come not only from all over the United States but around the world (Europe, Asia ,...). According

've seen this year, the technical level of the dancers on the main stage 'm not sure if that came down exactly, but at least it is open to an intermediate-advanced level, but there are many creative proposals. We can also see new proposals for this season. There is something for all tastes, where some can see "weird things" others may see new ideas. One of the most outstanding performances was perhaps no doubt that of unmated, or at least at least the more impact it has had.
are very creative and experimental this year ...

I found that parallel to this event the better-known touring Indigo presented "The Serpent Rouge" in San Francisco (in the same state as the same event). Some attendees the tribal fest apparently spliced \u200b\u200bto the event. We have made some small improvements, not only in costumes and props, but technically. And I'll show you how it goes.

Here are videos. I will make a part 2. Desdemona

links to download DVDs tribal dance. How. Festivals

I'm going to take stock of a series of links to download tribal dance DVDs. Come obviously no menu, just what would the video itself.

always will see a series of links that end with part1, part2, and so usually between 10 and 18 parts. Are compressed in. Rar or. Zip so you will have to be installed as WinRar decompressor, is a freeware (free software).

After downloading each part NOT open your. You have to wait for you to be downloaded by all parties. When and ye all in one folder, are you going to part1, and you are decompressing. You choose the folder where you want the video definitely not a DVD, it does not work, and you give him to accept. Once the first descomprimáis automatically finds all the parties and decompressing the video goes, that is, all parties, in its entirety. And you only have to see it, and voi-là.

To Unload your first DVD, I suggest you go to blog of Baladi. Has the following, you just have to navigate your blog: Rachel Brice Yoga Isolations (first released), Rachel Brice Bellydance Arms and Posture (second), Darshan Tribal Fusion Bellydance, Tribal Revolution DVD (of actions).

Sickness Tongue Red Dots

here, festivals there, ...

There is a flurry of festivals. Spain events, festivals who say, "oh what great investment and go" for other parts of the world. And we know that one of my hobbies, apart from the tribal dance, steampunk and other things, is to organize events. And these are the ones that have attracted my attention at the moment. First

  • Umrah. 11 to 15 July. Biarritz-Bayonne, France (in French Basque country). I think even some here in Spain have signed up, well done, looks great. The site is simple but has all sorts of information, including information on the accommodation area. In its program range from picnics on the beach, facing the southern French summer weather, open stage performances, and an incredible repertoire of artists invited from U.S. to France: Amy Sigil (unmated), Ariellah, Deborah, Fréderique, Kami Liddle, Kari VanderZwaag (unmated), Donovan Quinn (GypsyFire), Suhaila Salimpour, Tjarda (of Uzume Dutch), and the French are Deborah, Elodie and Hazel Circus group all Djinn, Djeynee (and perhaps some may know virtually), Julie St Blanquat, and two percussionists very good French, if not you lose something you know well, Ensemble Usul: Nicolas Derolin and Wassim Halal. Why I'm going to lose? Because I have no choice, that but ... Vive la France!

  • Gothla UK. Like every year, the UK does not miss his appointment with the tribal and gothic gothique raqs. This year is 17 to 19 July (until someone could create a route tribalera, joining with the former). Ariellah, Morgana (look at the photo, please ,...), Matisa Deva, Shakra, Asharah, Heike Humphreys aka Akasha, Weird Sisters, Lynne Chapman aka Fulya, Emma Chapman, Tree Russell, Dawn O'Brien. These are the shows and workshops offered, and only tribal goth gothique raqs. This festival offers workshops, Hafler show, open stage, clubnight (dark party ),... I also would point almost without thinking. Http://www.gothla.co.uk/
  • Tribal Fest 09. Today (March 13) begins in Sebastopol, California. We know what's going on, we have seen thousands of videos of every issue, especially that offered by Indigo, or our favorite dancers. The best-known artists in the world tribal usually present, and musicians dream (this year for example have a Turbo Tabla). Shows, open stages, bazaars, workshops, ... I'll be watching the videos, because they are often out new trends. This year I am afraid there will steampunk (I notice ... and I make a bet ... if he leaves, this steampunk at heart can enjoy the proposals, lol) http://www.blacksheepbellydance.com/tf9/ perform.html
